Refund Policy

Last updated 3 October 2026

You pay once per event, and we want that to feel fair. This page explains when you can get your money back and how to ask.

1. The short version

If you change your mind soon after buying and no photos have been taken, we will refund you. If something went wrong on our side, we will make it right or refund you. Once an event is underway, refunds are decided case by case.

2. You can get a full refund if

  • You ask within 14 days of buying, and no guest has taken a photo in the event since you bought the upgrade.
  • You were charged twice, or charged by mistake.
  • A problem with Lifeful stopped you from using what you paid for, and we could not fix it in reasonable time.

3. Refunds we decide case by case

If guests have already taken photos, we look at what happened. We may offer a refund, a partial refund or a credit when the event did not go as it should have because of the service. A change of mind after an event has taken place is usually not refundable, because the service has already been delivered.

4. The free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

5. How to ask for a refund

  • Email hello@lifeful.app from the address on your Lifeful account.
  • Include the name of the event and what you bought. Your receipt from Creem helps, but is not required.
  • We aim to reply within 5 business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so approved refunds are paid back through Creem to your original payment method. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show the money. When a refund is issued, the upgrade it covered is removed from the event, so the event returns to the plan it was on before.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live, including any statutory cooling-off period. See our Terms of Service for the rest of the rules.
